Hand in hand with the best shopping facilities a wide range of leisure services and a host of very individual local villages it is an ideal spot to be based either as a full resident or a holiday maker.Duquesa Village is a new residential gated development built in the Andalusian style with majestic balconies orientated to receive the most favourable sunshine throughout the day. The mix of housing modules and the overall design of the extensive green areas with beautiful tropical gardens make it an eye catching complex, from the view on the approach to the security gates continuing as you drive down through with the view to the sea. This together with the careful interior design where “space, light and harmony” have been key elements, whilst catering for all modern comforts, has made Duquesa Village one of the most popular residential complexes in this most prestigious area of the Costa del Sol.
